The Volvo S60is a midsize sedan which is built on the S80 platform. It’s a solid and capable family sedan.
The S60 is known for its spirited performance and handling, though not particularly agile.
The front seats are comfortable and the interior is fairly quiet. The ride is stiff and handling is secure and the rear seat is cramped.
Although a good car, the S60 falls short in its highly competitive class. It's neither very luxurious nor sporty, although the turbocharged engine in the 2.5T model delivers quick acceleration, especially in midrange. Rearward vision is not fairly good. All-wheel-drive versions are available.
