The Volkswagen Touareg is a blend of a crossover and a rugged off-roader. It shares a platform with the Porsche Cayenne. The Touareg offers luxury interior, exceptional road performance and excellent off-road capability. On-road handling is effortlessly competent. The spacious cabin offers excellent room and superb build quality.
The Touareg comes in V6 , V8 and V10 TDI (turbo disel) trims.
The ride is compliant. The interior is very quiet. Handling is responsive. Some controls are complicated though.
